Monroe Muffler Fxers on Broad Street
Feb. 8th, 2007 08:15 pmI decided to go and get an oil change... I got a little confused about where the recommended place on Broad Street was so I pulled into the Monroe since the price was decent.
A few minutes after bringing the car around and into the garage the guy comes out and asks me to follow him to the car. There are two of them standing there and they tell me that the pull tab on my trunk release was broken... They claimed that they found it that way... I look and the damn thing isn't there, just the rest of the cable assembly.
Big problem with this. I didn't check for the pull tab before going into the place so I cannot PROVE this beyond doubt. I am the only one who has EVER pulled that tab and the last time I pulled it it was there, intact. WHAT THE FUCK!?
SO: Don't go to Monroe Muffler unless you want stupid shit to happen.
And now it is going to cost me $80.00 to get the full cable assembly replaced, because that is the only thing to do in order to be able to get my fucking hood open.
