Hahahahahahaha!
Feb. 21st, 2005 09:33 pmOkay, I admit it... I am probably going down to NYC this weekend to go and see The Gates. Just to see what all the fuss is about. That and my S/O has been salivating over experiencing the art.
Then I found this:

OMG! I was laughing my ass off over this. The best part was the way they got the cat into most of the shots. Yeah, gotta love that. Wheeeeeeeee! Now I want to create art in my own home too! Heh.
This is where I got my data:

Anything You Can Do Somerville Can Do Cuter.
The Gates fever has travelled well beyond Central Park since their official opening February 12th. Plenty of Bostonians are heading south to see them over the long weekend. One Somerville residence, however, has taken matters into its own hands. The Somerville Gates website shows how several rooms have been infested with mini gates crafted by "Hargo". The 3.5 inches orange replicas seemed to be well-received by the owner's adorable cat. The site also gives a handy guide to the differences between Christo's and Hargo's Gates, including a price comparison- $29 million vs. $3.50.
