semiotic_pirateRather, I'm going to get credit & a title - 'Branch Technology Contact/Coordinator' for our department. Every time someone has a problem with their tech, they come to me anyway. Now I'll be the 'authorized' tech contact. Taking on the responsibility will be good for my next review...
