  • 12:33 WTF?! CT Dept of Public Safety lost all their DPS-3-C forms & threaten ppl w/Class D Felony charges if they don't fax their copy in??? #
  • 12:35 FYI: a DPS-3-C is a form indicating the sale or transfer of a firearm. Apparently, over 6000 ppl received notices/threats. #
