Well, they do frame your eyes and add personality to your face. I understand not being particularly fond of yours if they're especially pale or short or something, but I still wouldn't go get implants. Another thing is that if you "improve" your lashes like that, then your eyebrows won't really "match" and you'll have to do something about them (implants or makeup all the time). And if you do that, then your hair probably won't "match" and so on. It's a positive feedback loop (and I'm sure that was the intent).
